What happens during a home inspection?
The client accompanies me during the inspection. During the inspection, a continuous oral report is given. Asking questions is encouraged.
A 20-30 page written report is sent to the client detailing the findings of the inspection.
The written report can include the following information:

Description of the home's structural elements and condition |

Description of all systems such as heating, electrical, central air conditioning, plumbing, etc. |

Description of the exterior and interior condition of the home |
