About Me

I am a licensed professional engineer specializing in home and building inspections.  

	I have a Bachelors of Civil Engineering degree from the City College of New York
	I have been inspecting homes and buildings for over thirty years
	I have conducted thousands of home and building inspections throughout New York.
	I am a member of numerous professional organizations, including ASHI, NABIE and NSPE.
	I have lectured in this field and have published articles in technical and instructional journals.

My service is customized to the individual client; I personally inspect each home and prepare each inspection report.
